Filling machine:This machine is a high-tech filling equipment that integrates microcomputer (PLC) programmable control, photoelectric sensing, and pneumatic execution. This machine is specially used for filling edible liquids such as Baijiu, soy sauce, vinegar, condiments, vegetable oil, syrup, mineral water and pesticide chemical liquids. Accurate filling measurement, no bubbles, no dripping. Suitable for filling various bottle types (including irregular bottles) ranging from 50-1000ml. Suitable for filling containers of different specifications, it can switch filling specifications within minutes, with a short filling cycle and high production capacity. Changing the filling specifications does not require adding spare parts, only adjustments can be made. Users can choose the filling quantity and determine the number of filling heads according to their production capacity. The touch operated color screen can display production status, operating procedures, filling methods, etc. The screen is intuitive, easy to operate, and easy to maintain. Each filling head is equipped with a bottle stopper to ensure accurate alignment of the injection material.

Capping machine:This machineImproved design based on international advanced models, fast capping speed, high pass rate, and easy operation. Can be used for different bottle shapes of screw caps in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, pesticides, cosmetics, etc. Good stability and easy adjustment. Changing the bottle shape only requires adjustment (if equipped with a capping machine, automatic capping can be performed). It can be selected according to actual needs.

Labeling machine:This machine uses self-adhesive roll labeling paper, and the labeling is done by rolling. It can be equipped with automatic bottle feeding and receiving devices to complete the bottle placement, labeling, and receiving procedures in one go. It can also be equipped with a printing machine to synchronously complete label printing. This machine adopts computer fiber optic control, synchronous tracking, and labeling is controlled by a mutual inductance stepper motor to ensure that the labeling speed is synchronized with the bottle rolling speed of the automated packaging machinery.
