RB series hydraulic diaphragm metering pumpIt is a hydraulic driven diaphragm positive displacement pump that operates reliably. After readjustment and improvement, the extended pump can better meet the work requirements of users. The flow rate of the pump can be adjusted whether it is working or stopped. Under constant pressure, temperature, and pump flow regulation settings, the repeated metering accuracy of the discharged liquid is within ± 1% of the rated flow range. The RB series pump is a reliable, compact, and flow controllable diaphragm metering pump. Its plunger moves back and forth with a certain stroke, pushing a certain volume of hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil pushes the process material through the PTFE diaphragm, thus producing the conveying process of the pump. Double ball check valves are installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump to ensure constant metering accuracy. The flow rate of the pump is regulated by adjusting the hydraulic bypass flow rate. The repeatability of measurement can only be achieved when the volume of hydraulic oil in the piston chamber remains constant for each stroke. By briefly connecting the piston chamber and oil tank at the end of each suction stroke and the beginning of each discharge stroke, timely replenishment of lost oil is achieved.
