Introduction to installation instructions:
1. The high-pressure fan should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and well ventilated.
2. The rotation direction of the high-pressure fan impeller must be in the direction indicated by the arrow on the fan casing.
3. When the high-pressure vortex fan is working, the working pressure should not exceed 8kPa to avoid excessive heat generated by the fan and damage to the air pump caused by motor overcurrent.
4. Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, there is no direct contact friction in other parts of the high-pressure fan. The installation method of bearings for this fan is mainly divided into two categories. *The bearing at the end of the class air pump is installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller, and this type of air pump does not need to be lubricated normally. The bearings on the second type of air pump end are installed in the middle of the pump cover, and the bearings on this type of air pump end should be regularly lubricated with grease (7018 high-speed grease). Once a month, for air pumps that work continuously in three shifts, the refueling frequency should be increased. The maintenance and upkeep of the bearings on the motor and fan end of this type of air pump shall be in accordance with the * type of air pump.
5. The filter screens and silencing devices at both ends of the high-pressure air pump should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid blockage and affect use.
6. The external connection of the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure air pump must be made using flexible hoses (such as rubber hoses, plastic spring hoses).
7. Replacement of bearings for high-pressure fans: The replacement of bearings must be carried out by personnel familiar with repair work. First loosen the screws on the pump cover, and then disassemble the parts one by one according to the order shown in the diagram. The disassembled parts should be cleaned, and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not forcefully pry the impeller, use a roller to remove it, and do not miss the adjusting gasket to avoid affecting the clearance that has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
8. The high-pressure vortex air pump strictly prohibits solids, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering the pump body.


Attention should be paid before use:
(1) Measure whether the voltage of the fan power supply is normal. If the fan power supply is abnormal, the first step is to repair the fan power supply.
(2) If the fan does not rotate or rotates slowly after confirming that the power supply of the fan is normal, the fan is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Search for the cause of damage to the variable frequency blower
(1) The quality of the fan itself is poor, with burnt wire packages and local short circuits, until the electronic circuits of the fan are damaged, or the fan leads are broken, mechanically stuck, the oil containing bearings dry up, and the plastic ages, deforms, and gets stuck.
(2) Poor environment, with water vapor, condensation, corrosive gases, dirt blockage, and high temperature causing plastic deformation.
Replacement of variable frequency blower
(1) Choose a prototype number or a fan with better performance than the original model for replacing the fresh air fan. Fans of the same size include many types of air volume and pressure.
(2) There are many situations when disassembling a fan that require the internal movement of the frequency converter to be moved. When disassembling, it is necessary to make records and markings to prevent errors when reassembling it to its original state. Some designs have fully considered the convenience of replacement, so it is important to take a clear look and not blindly disassemble or move.
(3) When installing screws on the fan, the torque should be appropriate, and the plastic parts should not deform or break due to being too tight, nor should they be too loose and loosen due to vibration. The blades of the fan must not touch the fan cover, let alone install a reverse fan.
(4) When selecting a fan, it is advisable to use ball bearings for the fan bearings, as oil containing bearings have a shorter mechanical lifespan. In terms of the lifespan of bearings alone, using ball bearings can increase the lifespan of fans by 5 to 10 times.
(5) The fan is installed at the air outlet to withstand high-temperature airflow, and its blades should be made of metal or heat-resistant plastic. Poor quality plastic should not be used to avoid deformation.
(6) The power connection should be correct and good, and the rotor blades should not rub against the wires. After installation, they should be powered on and tested.
(7) It is important to clean the blockages in the air ducts and heat sinks, as many frequency converters suffer from overheating protection or damage due to air duct blockages.
Reasons and solutions for operational failures:
1. Fault phenomenon
The motor cannot start, even if it can start without load, the speed slowly increases and there is a buzzing sound; The motor emits smoke and heat, accompanied by a burning smell.
2. Inspection results
Remove the motor end cover, and you can see that 1/3 or 2/3 of the pole phase windings at the winding end are either burnt or have turned dark brown.
3. Causes and Solutions of Malfunctions
(1) Poor contact or mechanical damage to the fuse circuit of the motor power supply circuit, resulting in the melting of a certain phase fuse.
(2) The specifications of the three-phase fuses in the motor power supply circuit are different, and the fuses with smaller capacity are blown. The fuse should be replaced with the same specification according to the power of the motor.
(3) Poor contact (burning or loosening) of switches (isolating switches, rubber cover switches, etc.) and contactors in the power supply circuit of electric motors. Repair and adjust the moving and stationary contacts to ensure good contact.
(4) A certain phase of the line is missing. Identify the broken wire and connect it securely.
(5) Poor contact caused by virtual soldering between the winding connections of the electric motor. Carefully check the connection wires of the motor winding and weld them firmly.
