Product Introduction
Sensitive, accurate, and cost-effective
The Qubit 4.0 fluorescence quantitative analyzer is a newly upgraded desktop fluorescence analyzer, equipped with a highly sensitive Qubit quantitative analysis kit, which accurately quantifies DNA, RNA, and protein concentrations. By using specially developed fluorescent dyes, fluorescence signals can only be emitted when they specifically bind to target molecules in the sample, thereby reporting the concentration of target molecules. Therefore, this specificity can enable you to obtain more accurate results than traditional UV absorption methods.
The main features of Qubit 4.0 fluorescence quantitative analyzer include:
*A dual core processor that can quickly and accurately quantify DNA, RNA, and proteins within 5 seconds
Lower detection of 1 μ L sample (10 pg/μ L DNA or 12.5 μ g/mL protein)
More than 1000 sample results can be stored, which can be exported through a USB flash drive or directly connected to a computer
5.7-inch large-sized color touch screen with intuitive navigation buttons
Personalize commonly used apps, add new apps, and even create new apps through MyQubit customization
Flexible choice of operating languages, including English, Simplified Chinese, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Japanese
Qubit 4.0 fluorescence quantitative analyzer is particularly suitable for:
Your sample is very rare and difficult to handle
The extracted dsDNA, oligos, RNA (including microRNA), or protein have very little mass
This sample will be used for expensive downstream experiments
These samples will be used for experiments that require precise measurement, such as real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) or next-generation sequencing (NGS)
Next, experiments that require transfection or other applications will take several days or weeks to obtain results
Your sample preparation process is complex and requires special techniques such as laser micro cutting (LCM)

The working principle of Qubit fluorescence quantitative analyzer
Sensitive and accurate quantification of biomolecules
The Qubit fluorescence quantitative analyzer uses fluorescent dyes to bind with specific target molecules. These fluorescent dyes only emit fluorescent signals when bound to these target molecules, even at very low concentrations (Figure 1). Qubit4.0 fluorescence quantitative analyzer is more accurate than traditional UV absorption method. The previous purple light absorption method was not selective, measuring the absorbance values of all molecules at 260nm, including DNA, RNA, proteins, free nucleotides, or excess salt ions. In addition, the sensitivity of the UV spectrophotometer is insufficient to accurately quantify low concentrations of DNA and RNA (Figure 2). Using Qubit fluorescence quantitative analyzer will greatly improve the accuracy of your research. Because the fluorescent dyes in the Qubit analysis kit only bind to specific molecules in the sample, such as DNA, RNA, or protein, to avoid repetitive work caused by inaccurate measurements.

Figure 2. Accuracy and precision of Qubit quantitative detection platform. 10 lambda DNA samples with concentrations ranging from 0.01 to 10ng/uL were collected in Qubit ® Using Quant iT on Fluorescence Quantifier ® The dsDNA HS analysis kit should be operated according to the instructions for testing. The same 10 lambda DNA samples were analyzed using NanoDrop ® Analyze the ND-1000 spectrophotometer and compare the accuracy and precision of the results obtained from this detection method. Each column represents the average value of 10 samples. The error bars represent the standard deviation of 10 samples. The listed concentrations are the DNA concentrations in the starting sample before adding the Qubit analysis tube. |

Single sample testing is very simple
Qubit4.0 adopts a more user-friendly interface to quickly and easily obtain experimental results. The large-sized color touch screen and Android system make the operation very simple and intuitive. The concentration calculation and setting are automatically completed by the instrument (Figure 3). Qubit can store up to 1000 sample results, which can be exported through a USB flash drive or directly connected to a computer using a USB cable. In addition, there will be graphic displays on the screen when the sample extends beyond the detection range of the kit (Figure 4).

Reagent kit suitable for Qubit fluorescence quantitative analyzer
Qubit assay kits all use the same operating protocol, with only slight differences in incubation and readings. The DNA and RNA analysis kits only need to be incubated for 2 minutes, while the protein analysis kit requires 15 minutes (Figure 5). Qubit ® The 3.0 fluorescence quantitative analyzer automatically saves your data, which can be exported using a USB data cable or USB flash drive. In addition to conventional dsDNA, oligos, total RNA, microRNA, and protein analysis kits, the Ion Personal Genome Machine ® (PGM ™) Before sequencing on the sequencer, a specialized Ion Sphere can be used ™ Quality Control Kit in Qubit ® Perform Ion Sphere on 3.0 ™ Particle quality assessment.

Figure 5. Qubit ® Quantitative reagent kit operation process When used in conjunction with the Qubit 4.0 fluorescence quantification instrument, the Qubit quantification kit provides a seamless workflow and simple data reading. Each Qubit analysis kit provides concentrated analytical reagents, dilution buffer, and pre diluted standards. First, dilute the reagent with the provided buffer, add the sample (any volume between 1-20uL), and read the concentration on the Qubit 4.0 quantitative analyzer. These test kits are operated at room temperature and have a stable signal time of up to 3 hours. |
