The QSOA-1010 Semiconductor Optical Amplifier (SOA) from QPHOTONICS has a structure similar to ordinary semiconductor lasers, with the characteristics of simple structure and small size. It can fully utilize existing semiconductor laser technology, mature manufacturing process, low cost, long lifespan, low power consumption, and is easy to integrate with other optical devices.
