The single defense zone alarm module is a defense zone expansion device with bus communication function, which is very practical for connecting with distant detection devices or in perimeter defense situations; Equipped with an address code setting switch. 2. Wiring instructions
Wiring instructions: If connected to a bus, connect the "red" and "black" of the "black, yellow, green, red, white, and blue" 6-core wires to the positive and negative terminals of the power supply, respectively. Connect the "green" and "yellow" wires to the 485 bus A (positive) and B (negative), respectively. Connect the "white" and "yellow" wires to the normally closed (NC) and common (COM) alarm outputs of the detection equipment.

When used on the same alarm host, each alarm module has its own unique address and cannot have the same address as other alarm modules. Please refer to the installation or user manual of the alarm host for the address range and settings.

3. Indicator light description
● Communication status indicator light description:
1) Constant off: The module power supply is abnormal.
2) Always on: Module communication is abnormal.
3) Flashing: (flashes once per second), module communication is normal.

4. Address coding switch
When connecting the single zone address module to the system for use, it is necessary to encode its address. The encoding is set through the encoding switch, and the address encoding adopts the binary encoding method.
The encoding switches are arranged in the order of "12345678" to set binary addresses.
For example, the code for a certain defense zone expansion module is 11; The corresponding binary number is 00001011, and the order of the address dip switch is 8-1 (i.e. high bit is 8, low bit is 1), 8, 7, 6, 5, and 3 bits remain unchanged, while 1, 2, and 4 bits are turned to the "ON" side.
