Easy-Laser ® The XT hole centering solution is mainly designed for applications such as engines, compressors, and gearboxes, but can also be used in many other application scenarios. All components are designed to achieve high precision and stability, with a measurement resolution of 0.001mm. The measurement distance can reach 40m. They are suitable for manufacturing processes and on-site service applications. The "hole alignment" program guides users to complete the entire measurement process, with simple and convenient operation. The system automatically calculates the relative horizontal and vertical positions between the holes. Then, you can use different "best fit" calculation methods to evaluate the results, analyze different reference point selections, and set tolerance values.

Two options to choose from

You can choose a complete set of holes specifically designed for hole alignment XT950 system, or combine the hole centering function (probe and system) with XT770 axis centering system to obtain more possibilities. If you need to measure a larger aperture than the following specifications.

· XT950QC-A-hole centering system

XT950QC-A, Includes XT9 detector and XT24 laser emitter. This system can measure holes with a diameter of 80-500 mm.

· XT950QC-D-hole centering system

The XT950QC-D uses XT7-M as the detector and XT24 as the self centering bracket for the hole alignment system of the laser emitter, capable of measuring holes with diameters ranging from 130-500mm. (When you have an XT770 centering instrument, you can configure the XT24 kit to achieve hole centering measurement)
