Q-LAB imported water-cooled xenon lamp 6500W: accurately and stably simulates and reproduces the full spectrum of sunlight and its destructive effects (mainly light and heat energy) in the laboratory, used for testing the weather resistance and photostability of materials.

Q-Lab for Atlas Weather Meter ® Models Ci35, Ci35A, Ci65, Ci65A, Ci4000, Ci4400, and Ci5ooo offer low-cost alternatives to xenon arc lamps and filters.
Compatible and interchangeable
The water-cooled xenon lamp and filter from Q-Lab are fully interchangeable and compatible with the lamps and filters provided by Atlas for weathering tester models as determined above.
The Q-Lab lamp and filter are guaranteed to have a comparable spectrum and come with a complete insurance warranty. All lighting fixtures are certified as ozone free.
The lighting fixtures and filters meet a wide range of ISO, ASTM, SAE, and AATCC requirements. Table 1 lists the descriptions, part numbers, and corresponding Atlas models of the lamps and optical filters.
Comparable spectrum
The X-6500 xenon arc lamp from Q-Lab provides a spectrum equivalent to the Atlas 20-6500-00 lamp, and the X-12000 xenon arc lamp from Q-Lab provides a spectrum equivalent to the Atlas 20-3053-00 lamp when using the same filter type.
Q-Lab's quartz/S-type Boro and S-type Boro/S-type Boro internal and external filters also provide spectral power distributions comparable to Atlas versions of the same filters.

Full coverage warranty
Each Q-Lab xenon arc replacement lamp undergoes ignition testing and bottom checks to ensure compliance with mechanical and electrical specifications. Q-Lab guarantees that the lamp will continue to ignite during 20 hours of normal operation within 24 months after the purchase date. The X-6500-K and X-12000 lamp kits both include a water desalination box, which must be replaced every time the lamp is replaced to help extend its lifespan.
