When the pump is shipped, the Pulsalube 8G gear oil has been filled to the correct level. In all pump structures, there is a pipe plug at the top of the gearbox and on the side of the centerline. Remove the top plug and fill the gear oil to the height of the observation port on the side of the gearbox. After oil injection, reinstall the two pipe plugs.

The hydraulic oil and gear oil levels should be checked daily during each operation, and the oil should be replenished in a timely manner.
(1) Filling of hydraulic oil
When the pump is shipped, the hydraulic oil has been filled to the correct level. The oil level can be seen through the mirror on the back of the eccentric housing. The oil level should reach 2/3 of the viewing window. If the oil level is correct, there is no need to fill it during operation. The observation window can also be used as a place to observe the oil level and fill the pump with lubricating oil.
(2) Filling of Pulsalube 8G Gear Oil
When the pump is shipped, the gear oil has been filled to the correct level. In all pump structures, there is a pipe plug at the top of the gearbox and on the side of the centerline. Remove the top plug and fill the gear oil to the height of the observation port on the side of the gearbox. After oil injection, reinstall the two pipe plugs.
(3) Hydraulic oil replacement
The recommended hydraulic oil change interval is 2 years for normal use and 1 year for harsh conditions.
Cut off the power supply of the drive motor.
Release all pressure in the pipeline system.
Remove the oil cap from the top of the eccentric box cover.
Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the eccentric shell and drain the oil completely.
Remove and clean the HPV to the return valve filter.
Reinstall the discharge plug.
Inject hydraulic oil into the eccentric box (refer to hydraulic oil filling).
Reinstall the oil cap.
(4) Gear oil replacement
The recommended gear oil change cycle is 2 years for normal use and 1 year for harsh conditions.
Cut off the power supply of the drive motor.
Release all pressure in the pipeline system.
Remove the oil filler plug from the top of the gearbox.
Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the gearbox and drain the gear oil completely.
Reinstall the discharge plug.
Inject fresh gear oil again (refer to gear oil filling).
Make sure to install the top oil plug and side plug (if removed).
