Box filter press: suitable for concentrate filtration, tailings filtration and dry discharge operations, with product particle size up to -500 mesh;

Plate and frame filter press: suitable for dewatering of fine ores such as gold, silver, copper, iron, zinc, rare earth, and tailings dam treatment.

Working principle	Process diagram of programmable automatic hydraulic chamber filter press The program-controlled automatic hydraulic box filter press is an intermittent solid-liquid separation equipment, designed and manufactured with mechanical and electrical integration, with a reasonable structure and simple and convenient operation; It can achieve various processes such as pressing, holding, and loosening the filter plate. The filter chamber is composed of box type plates, filter frame plates, or arranged by box type plates. Under the pressure of the feed pump, the slurry is sent into the filter chamber, and solid and liquid are separated through the filter medium. The box type filter press is mainly composed of a thrust plate, a filter plate, a compression plate, an electrical control system, a crossbeam, a hydraulic cylinder, and a hydraulic system.
