Product Details

Automated mechanical equipment, robotic arm

Suitable for finished products and nozzles of various types of horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 150-4000 tons, with three-axis and five axis AC servo drives. The finished arm is designed for taking out products and water outlets. The upper and lower arm structures have single/double sections, which can add a material head arm for clamping the water outlet. The material head arm can be driven by a cylinder (i.e. three-axis model) or an AC servo motor (i.e. five axis servo drive), and is used for quick or diverse extraction applications.

Three axis AC servo motor drive (S3)

The finished product arm is driven up and down, pulled out, and horizontally by a high response AC servo, with a fast extraction speed (0.5sec). The material head arm is driven up and down and pulled out by a cylinder, saving costs.

Five axis AC servo motor drive (S5)

The finished product arm is driven up and down, pulled out, horizontally, and the material head arm is driven up and down and pulled out using high response AC servo, with a fast extraction speed (0.5sec), achieving the characteristics of high speed and multifunctional automation.

Industrial grade computer controller

Industrial grade computer controller, built on the Windows operating system, with more powerful functions, can support unlimited blocking of wind network and mold setting data, and support for portable drives, making your factory automation more efficient.

Computer simulation program runs to shorten mold changing time

Simulate the operation program of the robotic arm in advance on the computer, and only adjust the set position and stroke when changing the mold, greatly reducing the time for mold change and allowing the equipment to maximize its functionality and efficiency.

Simple and easy to operate

Equipped with 12 fixed modes, it is easy to operate during setup by simply modifying the position and stroke, and can meet 90% of retrieval applications. The editable application has teaching functions and editable user program software, which can be edited according to customer needs to meet difficult retrieval applications and downstream automatic applications such as packing, stacking, and detection.

Reserve 16 input points and 16 output points

Reserve 16 input and output points, which can be used with other automation applications and editable programs to apply input and output in any position.

Fixture with 5 circuits

Three sets of clamping circuits and two sets of vacuum suction circuits are reserved as standard.

Reproducing accuracy of 0.15mm

The whole machine is precision machined, combined with precision linear slides and precision grade planetary gear reducers, with a reproduction accuracy of+/-0.15mm
