Application points:

The method of preparing thin layer chromatography for determining the four components of heavy oil is simple, sensitive, economical, and universal. The relative standard deviation can reach 1% to 2%, and generally can also reach around 5%. However, the determination results of this method are affected by factors such as spot sampling, development conditions, and scanning conditions. Mountain chromatography greatly improves the sampling error through technical means and achieves good data repeatability through a large amount of data testing.
