Overview

The GSL-1800X-KS, a small vacuum tube furnace with a preparation temperature of 1800 ℃, is a high-temperature tube furnace certified by CE. The inner chamber is embedded with ZrO2 lining, and the heating element uses Kanthal Super-1900 silicon molybdenum rod. The instrument comes standard with a set of stainless steel vacuum flanges (with stainless steel needle valves and mechanical pressure gauges installed on the flanges) and a high-purity alumina furnace tube (60mm O.Dx 1000 mm L). The temperature control system adopts PID50 segment programmed temperature control, and the temperature control accuracy can reach+/-1 ℃.

2. Damage caused by the use of corrosive and acidic gases is not covered by the warranty.

Application precautions

·The pressure inside the furnace tube cannot exceed 0.02MPa

·Due to the high internal pressure of the gas cylinder, a pressure reducing valve must be installed on the cylinder when introducing gas into the furnace tube. It is recommended to purchase a pressure reducing valve from our company, which has a range of 0.01MPa-0.1MPa and can be used more accurately and safely

·For the experiment of sample heating, it is not recommended to close the exhaust valve and inlet valve at the flange end of the furnace tube. If it is necessary to close the gas valve to heat the sample, it is necessary to constantly pay attention to the reading on the pressure gauge. If the pressure reading is greater than 0.02 MPa, the vent valve must be opened immediately to prevent accidents (such as furnace tube rupture, flange flying out, etc.)

·The gas flow rate should be limited to<200 SCCM (or 200ml/min)
