Overview
Precision manufactured belt oil-water separators are used for purifying coolant (cutting oil or emulsion) for grinding machines and other machine tools. Mainly used for automatic separation of ferromagnetic materials, keeping cutting fluid clean, providing tool life with machining performance, and reducing environmental pollution. The separator drum uses strong magnetic force to separate ferromagnetic chips and abrasives from machine tool cutting fluid (oil, water), achieving automatic separation. Thereby improving the quality of processed products, reducing costs, and enhancing production efficiency.

By reducing the motor and transmission mechanism to complete the rotational motion of the sticky oil belt (sticky oil pan), f utilizes the difference in physical affinity between the water-based chip liquid and the floating oil of the sticky oil belt invading the oil mixing zone to stick the floating oil from the oil mixing zone. Finally, the floating oil adhered to the sticky oil belt (sticky oil pan) is scraped into the oil receiving box by the oil scraper plate.
