The precise temperature control TCU unit is a commonly used equipment in scientific research institutions, electrical engineering, chemical engineering, medical and other experimental units. It achieves fully automatic operation, temperature control and thermal control, with a control accuracy of ± 1. The stable control method is PLD adjustment, and it has high and low voltage protection functions.
1、 Introduction to Design Features:
1. Closed constant pressure design: A single medium is in a closed system, and the thermal expansion and contraction of the medium are automatically adjusted through an expansion tank. The secondary heat transfer medium in the closed system does not come into contact with air, which can reduce the risk of oxidation, absorption of moisture, or volatilization of the heat transfer medium.
2. Energy saving design: Based on real-time data feedback from energy consumption points, accurately calculate the energy demand, optimize the comprehensive control mode of secondary medium flow and temperature, and achieve energy conservation while ensuring the accuracy of energy consumption point control.
3. Integrated disassembly and assembly: Modular design has been carried out, with each component integrated into the module with minimal clearance while ensuring safety, and standardized interfaces reserved.
