Operation steps:

1.Remove the pre made adhesive from the packaging bag and peel off the pink tape at the bottom of the adhesive board (as shown in Figure 1)

2.Push the comb smoothly out of the rubber plate in the direction of the arrow（As shown in the figure2）

3.Install the rubber plate into the gel electrophoresis device according to the method shown in the figure (as shown in Figure3）

4.Glue installation completed (as shown in the picture)4）

Pour enough corresponding electrophoresis buffer into the inner slot of the electrophoresis tank to cover the sample well5-7 mm Add the same electrophoresis buffer to the outer tank To ensure proper cooling. In order to achieve better results, the buffer solution in the outer slot needs to be slightly lower than that in the inner slot and should not overflow the rubber plate.

Use a syringe or other tool to extract an appropriate amount1 × Gently rinse the sample well with electrophoresis buffer to remove bubbles and residual storage buffer. Load protein samples and perform electrophoresis.

5.Remove the gel from the rubber plate (as shown in the figure5）

① After electrophoresis, remove the gel plate from the electrophoresis tank.

② Carefully insert a suitable pry into the gap between the rubber plates.

③ Slowly pry the upper, middle, and lower positions of the rubber plate according to the method shown in the figure untilSeparate the two sides of the rubber sheet.

④ After the rubber plate is opened, the gel may stick to either side. Remove the rubber plate without gel, and dip the rubber side with gel into water to pasteWhen touching the water surface, gently lift the rubber plate at an inclined angle. After the gel falls into the waterRemove the glue from the water and dye it.
