Product Model: Product Name: Power Automation Monitoring System Overview The power automation monitoring system adopts an advanced hierarchical and distributed structure, consisting of station level control layer and interval level control layer, supporting dual structure and dual machine hot standby, and can form single machine system, dual machine system and multi machine system with clear hierarchy, simple structure, comprehensive functions and flexible configuration. The station control layer consists of power automation monitoring software, monitoring terminals, printers, speakers, etc. Each monitoring terminal realizes information sharing through Ethernet, supports standard TCP/IP communication protocol, and can conveniently achieve on-site monitoring, remote monitoring, and multi-channel centralized control. The station level control layer and interval level control layer collect and share data through a database server, forming a coordinated and complete integrated automation system for the substation (distribution). The power automation monitoring system adopts a client/server architecture at the station level control layer. The DataServer is the application level server of the entire system, which completes various important tasks such as communication management, real-time data collection, data storage, and communication forwarding; HMI (Human Machine Interface Software), SysEdit (System Configuration Software), and PicEdit (Image Configuration Software) are client machines at the EMP2000 system application level, responsible for completing human-machine interface and various system maintenance functions.

FUNCTION

Network architecture configuration

The communication subsystem adopts a layered design principle of device drivers (communication ports) and protocol interpreters (units), with standard software interfaces between them, thus enhancing the system's configurability and scalability. In order to adapt to various application environments, the system provides rich communication device driver modules and protocol interpretation modules. Users only need to establish corresponding communication ports and units based on the actual network connection, and associate them with the mouse drag method to complete the network structure design, which is very convenient and fast.

Operating parameter settings

The data subsystem manages all application information of the entire system, including analog signals, switch signals, electrical energy, protection settingsSOE events and various types of operations, their parameters can be set by the user, such as the upper and lower limits of analog quantities, high and low alarm values, zero drift, scaling, engineering units, accuracy, threshold, whether there is an over limit alarm event, whether the switch quantity receives reversal, and the safety level of the operation.

Manual placement

During normal operation, data automatically refreshes with changes in on-site signals, but the system also provides the function of manually setting fixed values for each data, that is, manual setting. When the data is in manual setting state, it will not accept updates from the communication subsystem, which is very useful in testing automatic control and some specific situations. Electricity data is manually set and modified by setting and modifying the base code.

Screen images are mainly used to design interfaces that display real-time data, typically including graphical components that can track dynamic changes in data, trigger operations, switch images, and other functions. Screen images can be designed into interfaces for various purposes as needed, such as primary system diagrams, virtual instrument panels, central signal screens, centralized operation screens, screen layout diagrams, system structure diagrams, and other lively and user-friendly images with rich content and beautiful colors.

Statistical report

Statistical report images are mainly used for designing daily reports, and the non programming report design function allows people without programming experience to design various complex reports that meet the requirements of the power system.

Zoom Roaming

All images can be resized and scaled in multiple levels, so they can contain a lot of information in one image. When the image size exceeds the display window, a roaming function is provided, and the image can be moved by simply dragging with the mouse.

Event display and automatic alarm

The system provides a dedicated event recording window for displaying various events that occur in the data subsystem, with different types of events distinguished by different colors. The system provides an automatic screen push function, which can be set to automatically push the screen when the analog quantity exceeds the limit or the switch quantity changes according to actual operational needs. When any of these conditions occur, the screen will automatically switch to the relevant screen for operators to quickly handle abnormal situations.
