Powder flow counting display/The fully intelligent electrostatic powder flowmeter is based on the theory of contact electrification of solid materials. Powder materials accumulate a certain degree of charge during pneumatic conveying or free fall processes.
The GTL/C powder flowmeter adopts advanced ring sensors today, which can effectively capture every charged powder particle signal passing through the ring sensor. After amplification, shaping, and filtering by an amplification circuit, it is processed by a high-speed processor and finally outputs a standard current signal that is linearly related to the powder flow rate.
