Powder bag packaging machine

This equipment is mainly composed of a bag type automatic packaging machine, a screw scale, and a screw feeder. It is suitable for automatic metering and packaging production of powder materials such as milk powder, coffee powder, seasonings, veterinary drugs, additives, etc.

1. Adopting Siemens PLC control from Germany, equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface control system, easy to operate.
2. Automatic detection function: If the bag is not opened or opened incompletely, no material is added or heat sealed, and the bag can be reused, saving production costs for users.
3. Safety device: When the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube malfunctions, an alarm prompt will be triggered.
4. Adjusting the bag width is controlled by a motor. Press and hold the control button to adjust the width of each group of machine clamps, which is easy to operate and saves time.
5. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel material.
