3、 FIAMA PR20 series potentiometers

(1) PR 20 is a type of sensor that converts rotational motion into resistance changes through an axial potential sensor.

It consists of a rotary precision potentiometer, which transmits motion from the drive shaft to the potentiometer through an appropriate transmission device.

Combining electronic display units (such as V4P or VE6P) to form a simple and effective system for measuring displacement of machine tools, marble, glass, woodworking machinery, etc., with an accuracy of no more than ± 0.1 millimeters.

（2）Precautions during assembly

♦ Ensure that the assembly axis (tolerance h7) is perpendicular to the support base.

♦ After fixing the transducer, rotate the hollow shaft to ensure smooth rotation before tightening the flat head screw.

♦ Do not exceed the maximum allowable speed.

♦ For electrical connections, always use shielded cables (with the shielding layer connected to GND), which must be separated from power lines or electromagnetic interference sources.
