The potassium dihydrogen phosphate special vibrating fluidized bed dryer is made by applying vibration on the basis of ordinary fluidized bed dryers. It is generally divided into single-layer vibrating fluidized bed and multi-layer vibrating fluidized bed. The multi-layer vibrating fluidized bed is an upgraded version of the single-layer vibrating fluidized bed, which not only has all the characteristics of the single-layer vibrating fluidized bed, but also fully utilizes the thermal energy of the heating medium that passes through the material layer multiple times due to the setting of multi-layer distribution plates. The drying effect is also more significant (it can dry to a final moisture content of ≤ 0.1% in one go)
