The 200 Plus portable non methane total hydrocarbon and benzene series analyzer is mainly used for on-site comparison and determination of methane and non methane total hydrocarbons from fixed pollution sources, as well as on-site detection of methane and non methane total hydrocarbons in chemical park boundaries. It can also be applied to automobile exhaust emission detection, combustion device emission detection, paint spraying workshop gas detection, etc.

The PHXTEC 200 PLUS portable gas chromatograph is a highly integrated GC-FID gas chromatograph. Unlike laboratory/online universal modified chromatography or pieced together chromatography, PHXTEC 200 PLUS is a second-generation portable methane non methane total hydrocarbon/benzene series analyzer developed based on an advanced micro gas chromatography platform. It is the only portable non methane total hydrocarbon analysis device on the market with a volume less than 13000 cm3 (including gas cylinder batteries), with fast analysis speed, high sensitivity, smaller volume, less gas consumption, lighter weight, and longer battery life compared to similar products on the market, making it more suitable for portable applications.
According to the pre-treatment method of Chinese national standards, the product collects the sample gas to be tested and enters a portable gas chromatograph. After quantitative analysis and valve switching, it enters the chromatographic column for separation. The total hydrocarbons and methane are sequentially detected by a hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) to determine the concentrations of multiple components. Finally, the accurate values of total hydrocarbons, methane, and non methane total hydrocarbons are calculated by the built-in processor, which meets the requirements of the "HJ 1012-2018 Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Portable Monitoring Instruments for Total Hydrocarbons, Methane, and Non Methane in Environmental Air and Waste Gas" standard.

1. Adopting advanced micro gas chromatography technology, the core modules are all designed for miniaturization. The core part is the micro GC-FID chromatographic analysis module, which integrates all functions of injection, separation, and detection. The instrument size is 215 (H) x178 (W) x335 (L) mm, and the volume is only 50% of other similar products.
2. The Micro Electronic Gas Path Control (EPC) module provides a gas path control accuracy of up to 0.001psi and can automatically diagnose the system, such as leak detection, to improve the reliability and lifespan of the instrument.
3. The high-precision FID detector provides an analysis sensitivity of up to 30ppb, allowing for easy analysis of various components at different concentrations.
4. Each analysis module supports up to three injection valve zones, and the modular design allows for quick configuration into multiple channels, allowing for simultaneous determination of all components in a single injection.
5. The main control chip adopts a new high-performance field programmable gate array (FPGA), which further enhances the computational performance. Highly integrated modular design facilitates the addition of analysis channels, functional expansion, and instrument maintenance.
6. Compatible with multiple control methods such as embedded or detachable displays, wired or wireless connections. The split screen or wireless tablet can adjust the angle freely, making it more suitable for outdoor use. The multi anti-interference design of wireless communication software and hardware is not afraid of the harsh electromagnetic environment in industrial sites, and can reach distances of tens of meters without affecting the accuracy of measurement results.
7. The NextWL workstation based on B/S architecture is suitable for wireless synchronization and auxiliary control of intelligent terminals for various operating systems such as Windows, IOS, Android, etc. The human-machine interface is designed specifically for touch applications, without the need to install software and automatically updates versions.
8. After connecting to Wi Fi or 4G network, the instrument workstation can be operated using external smart terminals such as PDAs, computers, mobile phones, or tablets.

The built-in battery provides stable output to the host through the BMS system, automatically detects and switches between external power adapters or battery power modes, and can set functions such as low battery alarm and forced automatic shutdown. The bottom of the host can be equipped with an external battery compartment for supplying power to the sampling probe, and it can also charge the built-in battery of the host.
12. Built in zero level air module, using ambient air to provide a continuous supply of pure combustion gas for the detector.
13. Built in metal hydrogen storage module ensures safer use of hydrogen gas. One inflation can provide 20 hours of hydrogen endurance, and automatic maintenance can improve the service life.
14. Equipped with a large capacity high-pressure carrier gas cylinder, it can provide a 12 hour carrier gas endurance with one inflation.
15. Charging or inflating directly through the power or gas interface on the back panel of the instrument eliminates the inconvenience and safety hazards caused by frequent disassembly and replacement of batteries or high-pressure gas cylinders.
16. The handle or strap design allows customers to operate alone and complete all operations such as sampling, running, analysis, and reporting, making it simple and fast.
