Product Introduction
The XCL-1 portable metallographic microscope has the characteristics of lightweight and portable, easy to operate, and no need to cut samples. It can be equipped with grinding, polishing, electrolysis, observation, digital photography and other devices. This microscope is equipped with a magnetic magnetic base that can adsorb workpieces at any angle and it is stable.
The center of gravity of the microscope body structure ensures the accuracy and image quality of the microscope, the field of view is bright and uniform, and the observation is appropriate. The upper eyepiece barrel of the instrument can be installed with a digital camera, a CCD camera, for observation and analysis of the metallographic structure. It is widely used in the measurement of parts and materials of machinery, non-destructive testing in metallurgy, rolling, chemical, electrical and other industries. It can conduct on-site metallographic inspection directly and analysis on large workpieces, also used to identify and analyze the structure of various metal alloys, laboratory casting quality appraisal and other work.
Magnification: 40x-500x
The Portable Metallurgical Microscope is a compact, lightweight, and robust instrument designed for on-site metallographic inspection of large or immobile metal components, such as pipelines, structural steel, machinery, and welded joints. Ideal for fieldwork, quality control, and maintenance inspections, this microscope allows users to examine surface microstructures directly without cutting or removing samples.
With powerful optics and flexible lighting options, it provides clear, high-contrast images of etched or polished metal surfaces—even in challenging environments. It’s a go-to tool for metallurgists, weld inspectors, and maintenance engineers.
