Popcorn specific bag packaging machine

This set of equipment is composed of RL8-200 microwave popcorn special bag packaging machine, 10A ten head combination scale, cream filling machine, TSZ-100 rotary bucket elevator, and work platform combination, dedicated to automatic measuring and packaging of microwave popcorn.

1. Adopting advanced PLC control and equipped with a touch screen human-machine interface (HMI) control system, it is easy to operate.
2. Automatic detection function: If the bag is not opened or opened incompletely, no material is added or heat sealed, and the bag can be reused, saving production costs for users.
3. Safety device: When the working pressure is abnormal or the heating tube malfunctions, an alarm prompt will be triggered.
4. Automatic bag folding function: It can automatically fold bags and cooperate with the next packaging process.
5. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel material
