The filter sand cylinder blow molding machine is mainly based on the principle of extrusion blow molding. Firstly, granular plastic materials such as polypropylene and polyethylene are added to the hopper of the blow molding machine. The raw materials are fed into the heating pipeline of the extruder through the hopper and heated into a molten state by the action of the barrel heater. Then, the molten plastic is pushed into the machine head at a given pressure by the screw and injected into the storage cylinder. As the molten material is continuously injected, the pressure of the molten material in the storage cylinder increases, pushing the material level piston upward. When the material level reaches the set value, the mouth mold opens and the molten material is injected into the mold. Then, air or other media is introduced into the mold to blow the billet into the shape of the mold cavity. At the same time, the product cools and solidifies inside the mold, ultimately forming a swimming pool filter sand tank.
