Control method

Control method

According to the on-site working conditions, there are three control methods. Choosing a reasonable control method can prolong the service life of your valve, make operation more convenient, and save costs.

Normally open users: suitable for situations where pneumatic valves work for a long time. When the valve is in the normally open position, the spring is not loaded with external air source thrust, and the valve fatigue is reduced to the lowest level. Because the valve is closed by air pressure, it requires stable air pressure and reliable gas supply on site.

Normally closed users: suitable for situations where pneumatic valves work for a long time when they are closed. Due to the reliance on spring closure, the valve only opens when the air source pressure drives the piston to push open the spring. So for normally closed users, this valve has a longer service life and saves more air volume. At the same time, when the gas source fails, the valve is in the closed state, and this control state is used.

Double acting users: Double acting refers to a cylinder that can input compressed air into two chambers separately, achieving bidirectional movement. There is no spring inside the cylinder, and the valve opens and closes quickly. It can be used for large stroke valves because it relies on air source pressure to close the valve, so it requires a stable and reliable on-site air source.
