1 Working principle and purpose

1.The stepper motor is connected to the dial and pointer through the controller, and drives the rotor to rotate steadily through the balance spring and shaft. When the rotor is subjected to the viscosity resistance of the liquid, the balance spring generates torque to counteract the viscosity resistance, and finally reaches equilibrium. At this point, the pointer connected to the balance spring multiplies the reading on the dial by a coefficient to obtain the viscosity value of the samplempa. s

2.It can be widely used to determine solvent based adhesives, latex, biochemical products, paints, coatings, cosmetics, inks, pulp, starch, food, etc.
