Machine features:

1、 The host architecture is made of precision machining of ordinary high-quality stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum alloy, among which the surface of carbon steel and aluminum alloy materials is treated with chrome plating or sandblasting, with excellent structure and clean/bright appearance.

2、 Intelligent control, simple and convenient operation. Adopting PLC system control, the human-machine interface is a 7-inch color touch screen, which is intuitive and easy to operate. Enable one click completion of routine operations (such as bag size, finished product quantity, packaging speed, etc.) through the touch screen, achieving full automation.

3、 Automated discharge design. The discharge design of the spiral vibration disc ensures orderly discharge of materials, minimizing material jamming, blockage, and damage to raw materials. A single vibration disc is independently controlled by a switch, and the feeding parameters of each vibration disc are independently set, allowing for flexible control of feeding.

4、 Quantitative method. Based on the characteristics of the material, it is decided to use measurement methods such as fiber optics, positioning, and weighing to achieve a single bag accuracy rate of 99%.

5、 Material conveying design. The trailer conveying function adopts high-quality domestic stepper motors to ensure packaging speed and stability during the packaging process; Intermittent operation of the deceleration motor can also be adopted according to customer requirements to reduce equipment costs, but the speed and stability are different. The mechanical action adopts a cylinder structure, with accurate control position and stable packaging process; The material conveying bucket is made of primary color food grade PP plastic, driven by double-sided chains and controlled by the host electronic control signal, and operates intermittently.

6、 Hot sealed bag making function. The standard configuration of the bag making heat sealing mold is dedicated stripes (mesh patterns can also be selected according to one's own needs when ordering), equipped with high-quality domestic intelligent digital temperature controllers to accurately control the heat sealing temperature, with a typical error of ≤ 1 ℃; Using our factory's dedicated bag making machine, it is easy to pass through the film, with low resistance when the film slides through the gaps. The feeding port is relatively wide, and with proprietary curvature standards, it meets the feeding requirements for packaging hardware and other accessories. 7、 Mechanical fault self inspection. The machine has a self diagnostic function, and each spiral disc is equipped with a full material stop, shortage alarm or stop device to ensure the accuracy of each bag.

8、 Security protection function. Machinery has reliable safety protection functions (safety protection devices are installed in all hazardous areas). For example, when the sealing and cutting position (horizontal sealing) encounters resistance (such as human error), the sealing and cutting device will automatically pop out, thus providing protection against hand pressure and jamming.

9、 Unique intelligent functions.

① Pressure prevention: Due to material reasons, if there is abnormal material clamping at the horizontal seal, the horizontal seal can automatically reset to prevent damage to the cutting blade and machinery, and reduce the occurrence of accidental injuries.

② One click recovery: The control panel has a one click recovery function for initial settings, eliminating the need for tedious recording of factory parameters (to ensure that passwords are not abused, users need to apply to the manufacturer to provide them);
