Usage method
(1) Strap: Use a pneumatic strapping machine to tie the packaging with straps. Hold the overlapping part with your left hand, leaving about 300mm at the end, and gently pull out the remaining part with your right hand.
Packing belt: Hold the handle and tensioner with your right hand (to ensure a large gap between the tightening wheel and the hanging teeth of the pressure plate), and insert the upper and lower parts of the packing belt into the packing machine at the same time.
Attention: The overlapping part of the pneumatic strapping belt must be separated by the lower blade of the fixed cutter: release the tensioner (tightly clamp the strapping belt with the tightening wheel).
(2) Tighten the strapping: Use your right thumb to hold down the tension switch lever (right side) switch until the strapping is fully tightened.
(3) Vibration and cutting: Use your right thumb to hold down the vibration switch lever (red) until the packing tape is cut and fused together
Attention: Press and hold the vibration switch lever of the pneumatic baler until the vibration timer automatically stops.
(4) Remove the packing strap: Use your right hand to press the handle and tensioner tightly, and use your right thumb to press the directional switch until the packing strap is released from the tensioner. Tighten the handle and tensioner, and remove the tool from the packing belt.
Precautions for packaging machine
Eliminate empty testing under non clutch conditions! If during the start-up process of the pneumatic baler, phenomena such as high vibration, loud sound, abnormal phenomena, and odor are found, the pneumatic baler needs to be stopped and then professional repair personnel should be hired to handle it, in order to avoid damage to the internal parts of the pneumatic baler.
