Pneumatic clamp ball valve is an imported ultra short flange distance ball valve, with a V-shaped and O-shaped core channel. This series of products has the characteristics of compact structure, small volume, light weight, and easy installation. They can be applied in fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power station, and light industry to automatically adjust or cut off oil, water, gas, pulp or fibrous fluids.
The pneumatic clamp ball valve is composed of a pneumatic dual piston gear rack actuator and an ultra short flange distance ball valve. The pneumatic piston actuator is divided into two types: spring-loaded and springless. When the valve is required to be fully open or closed in case of a fault, a spring-loaded system (relying on the restoring tension of the spring to reset) should be installed. When the valve is required to maintain its position in case of a fault, a springless system should be installed. It is mainly composed of cylinder block, spring, piston, piston rod, front and rear cylinder heads, rack, output shaft and other components. For two switch valves, solenoid valves and travel switches are required; A comparative example regulating valve requires a locator.
The valve body adopts an integral structure. Through precise machining and assembly, the ball core is installed from one end and the pressure ring is tightened to maintain good contact and sealing between the two soft seal valve seats and the ball core. At the same time, the inner gasket of the pressure ring also achieves good sealing, ensuring zero leakage during valve operation. Due to the use of a monolithic valve body, this valve achieves ultra short flange spacing and greatly reduces the overall weight, only about 50% of similar ordinary ball valves.
