Before pouring the slurry, appropriate tools should be used to maintain good concentricity between the inner and outer pipes, and the sealing treatment at the lower part should be tight. According to the flow state and foaming speed of the slurry, insulation layers with smaller lengths can be poured vertically, but for most insulation layers with larger lengths, steel jacket steam insulation pipes are often poured in an inclined manner to facilitate the flow and foaming of the slurry. According to the formula and construction requirements, it can be injected from one side of the upper part or from the lower part. When the polyurethane jacket pipe insulation is long, the slurry output from the mixing head can be introduced into the lower part of the pipe gap through the conduit, and gradually withdrawn from the conduit as the injection volume increases. This method is only applicable to the production of ordinary casing insulation layers below 3mm.

For the insulation layer construction of large-diameter and long sleeve type pipelines, due to factors such as material formula and production site conditions, direct buried insulation pipe manufacturers usually use the horizontal direct injection method for preparation. As the saying goes, specific methods should be applied. The processing of polyurethane jacket pipes can only have a sufficiently high usage effect under targeted processing, ensuring that their application can reach a satisfactory level.
