Plastic bag shredder is an environmentally friendly shredder equipment for solid waste reduction, used to shred high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic products and materials, which is conducive to plastic recycling and regeneration of plastic particles. For example: mineral water bottles, PET bottles, oil bottles, gasoline bottles, plastic buckets, etc.
Working principle of plastic bag shredder:
The plastic bag shredder consists of four parts: shredding mechanism, bracket, recycling bin, and trailer. The size of the equipment is determined by the material size and material processing capacity. The plastic shredder is designed with a filter screen device inside. When the plastic shredder is working normally, the filter screen plays a role in separating materials and liquids, effectively recycling the liquid remaining on the bottle. When crushing gasoline bottles, effectively separate and recover residual gasoline.
