This type of pipeline valve can adopt full bore or reduced bore floating ball design.

The design of this pipeline ball valve aims to meet the requirements of process industries, especially natural gas and corrosive media applications.

PBV FSx valves are used for process isolation or pressure measurement. Its compact design integrates one or two blocking valves and an exhaust valve.

This allows the use of ball and needle valve devices in single block and discharge instrument valve or double block and discharge instrument valve configurations.

The valve seat design ensures durability and sealing. This valve meets the ISO 15848-1 Class B fugitive emission requirements and has undergone type testing for fire safety in accordance with API 607.

The precision machining of internal components ensures smooth and accurate operation, even under high pressure and long-term valve free operation. Surface treatment also minimizes the erosion of corrosive media, making it easier to clean.
