Product Introduction:
Pipe static hydraulic testing machineIt is a testing equipment used for long-term pressure resistance and instant burst testing of plastic pipes and composite pipes. 1、 Function
Pipe hydrostatic testing machine is a device used to test the hydrostatic pressure bearing capacity of pipes. Its main function is to conduct pressure testing of pipes, to detect the bearing capacity of pipes under static hydraulic pressure, determine the scope of application and usage requirements of pipes, and ensure the quality and safety performance of pipes.
2、 Structure
The pipe hydrostatic testing machine mainly consists of the following parts:
1. Two pressure chambers, one for carrying pipes and the other for applying pressure.
2. Pressure sensor: measures the pressure in the upper and lower pressure chambers to achieve automatic pressure control and transmission.

3、 Usage method
1. Equipment inspection: Before starting up, check whether all parts of the equipment are operating normally, whether the hydraulic oil level is sufficient, and whether the electrical system is normal.
2. Adjust pressure: Adjust the pressure of the upper and lower pressure chambers according to the pipe specifications and hydraulic requirements.
3. Install the pipe: Place the pipe in the upper and lower fixtures and clamp it tightly.
4. Start the test: Press the "Start" button to start the test and observe the pressure changes on the hydraulic gauge during the testing process.
5. End the test: After the test is completed, press the "stop" button and wait for the hydraulic system pressure to release.
6. Remove the pipe: Select the "Release Upper and Lower Fixtures" function in the operation panel to remove the pipe from the fixture.
4、 Precautions
Before using the equipment, check whether each component is normal and add hydraulic oil according to regulations.
During the testing process, it is necessary to regularly observe the pressure changes on the hydraulic gauge and pay attention to testing safety.
After using the equipment, the power should be turned off in a timely manner, the equipment should be cleaned, and properly stored.
4. When conducting high pressure tests, safety measures should be taken and overloading operations should be avoided.
During equipment maintenance, promptly inspect all components, clean the equipment, and ensure its normal operation.
