Industrial pipe section ultrasonic heat meter is an instrument that measures flow rate and displays the heat energy released or absorbed by water through a heat exchange system using ultrasonic methods. It measures physical quantities through two sensors - the flow rate of the heat carrier and the inlet and outlet temperatures, and then compensates and integrates density and enthalpy values to obtain the heat value. It is an electromechanical integrated product based on microprocessors and high-precision sensors. Compared with the household meters commonly used in the construction industry in the past, such as water meters, electricity meters, and gas meters, there are more complex designs and higher technological content. Ultrasonic calorimeter is a high-tech product that incorporates mechanical, electronic, and information technologies, and has been successfully applied in many fields.
Industrial pipe section ultrasonic heat meter:
1. The pipe section ultrasonic heat meter uses ultrasonic flow transducers and temperature sensors to measure the water supply flow rate and the temperature difference between the supply and return water, and then measures and displays the heat released or absorbed by the water flow through the heat exchange system.
2. This instrument is designed specifically for heating pipelines in buildings, using ultrasonic flow measurement technology that can be installed at any angle. When there is magnetic interference, the instrument measurement is not affected in any way. Due to the absence of mechanical rotating parts in ultrasonic measurement, it is not easily damaged, requires minimal maintenance, and has a long service life. It is particularly suitable for water with high impurity content.
3. Scope of application: Public buildings, building measurement, heat exchange station heat measurement, heat source measurement, centralized heating (cooling) system heat measurement, and total measurement of various heat distribution methods.
4. This series of instruments is specifically designed for heating pipelines in buildings ranging from DN32 to DN250.
Introduction to industrial pipe section ultrasonic heat meter:
1、 Due to the development and market demand of central air conditioning in recent years, we have added the function of measuring cooling capacity to each model of heat meter, allowing all calibers of products to measure both heat and cooling capacity, as well as both cooling and heating simultaneously;
2、 We have conducted continuous research and practical operation of our heating system and products in China; To deepen our understanding of the products and services required for the heating system, and to enable heating units to control and schedule the operation of the heating network more conveniently and effectively, we have designed the heat meter as a monitoring node for the operation of the heating network. Through a public communication network, information is transmitted, and the operating parameters of the heating network, such as "supply and return water temperature, supply and return water pressure, flow rate, heat", are transmitted back to the main control room. Various parameters are displayed in real time on the "Heating Network Operating Parameters and Water Pressure Diagram" in the main control room, providing a basis for control and scheduling.
3、 To solve the problem of poor water quality in China's heating pipeline network, our product adopts an anti blocking design and a non-magnetic signal transmission scheme. The mechanical meter has no magnetic components and will not adsorb impurities such as rust; Moreover, the flow sensor can collect signals within 12mm, ensuring that the signals are not lost, which is currently the only one in China;
4、 Referring to the design standards and specifications for urban heating networks, considering installation methods such as overhead, direct burial, and pipe trenches for large-diameter heat meters, waterproof design has been carried out for large-diameter meters, which can work in a water bubble state;
5、 Products operating on the heating network must operate under high temperature and pressure. Considering the thermal stress of the heating network, which causes expansion thrust on the surface (valve) shell, we have adopted high-strength design and tried to use high-strength materials such as copper, stainless steel, and cast steel;
6、 Considering the low ambient temperature of the heat meter, we use a wide temperature LCD to ensure that the product can operate normally at low temperatures.
