Overview

This equipment is a specially designed hot spot durability test chamber for the photovoltaic module industry in Hangzhou Jiuhuan. Referring to standards such as IEC 61215-2005, IEC 61646-2008, IEC 61730:2-2004, UL 1703-2004, automatic monitoring of temperature and light irradiance is possible; Configure a radiometer to control and calibrate irradiance, ensuring it remains stable at the illuminance level, while also controlling the testing time. The instrument is used to determine the ability of components to withstand hot spot heating effects, which may cause welding melting or packaging degradation. Mismatching or cracking of batteries, failure of internal connections, partial shading or dirtying can all cause this defect.

1. Light source:
Due to the requirement for experimental irradiance of 1000W/m2/295~3000nm (spectral matching level B), the effective irradiation area is 2m × 1m, maintaining uniformity within ± 5%.
Shangqun Technology's hot spot durability testing machine uses original imported light sources and EPS to irradiate photovoltaic modules, with a total testing time of 5 hours.

2. Electrical control:
Industrial control touch screen+PLC programmable controller automatic control

3. Material for making the box:
The inner lining of the box is made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate
