This product uses a combination process of high-energy high ozone UV light beam, oxidation reaction catalyst, and high-energy ion generation device to degrade organic waste gas, change odorous and irritating gases such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methylmercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, and styrene, and the molecular chain structure of sulfides H2S, VOCs, benzene, toluene, and xylene. The molecular chains of organic or inorganic high molecular weight odorous compounds are degraded and transformed into low molecular weight compounds such as CO2 and H2O through high-energy UV light beam irradiation, catalytic oxidation reaction, and oxidation reaction of positive oxygen ions.

Process Principle

Utilizing high-energy high ozone ultraviolet beams to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, also known as reactive oxygen species. Due to the imbalance of positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it needs to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. UV+O2 → O -+O * (reactive oxygen species) O+O2 → O3 (ozone). It is well known that ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic matter and has an immediate effect on removing organic gases and other irritating odors. After the organic gas is input into this purification equipment through exhaust equipment, high-energy ultraviolet beams and ozone are used to synergistically decompose and oxidize the organic (odorous) gas, causing its degradation and conversion into low molecular compounds, water, and carbon dioxide, which are then discharged outdoors through exhaust pipes.

The high-energy ion air purification system adopts positive and negative bipolar ionization technology. Under the action of an electric field, the ion generator generates a large number of alpha particles, which collide with oxygen molecules in the air to form positive and negative oxygen ions. Positive oxygen ions have strong oxidizing properties and can oxidize and decompose pollutants such as methyl mercaptan, ammonia, and hydrogen sulfide in a very short period of time. After coming into contact with VOC molecules, they open the chemical bonds of organic volatile gases and undergo a series of reactions to ultimately generate stable and harmless small molecules such as carbon dioxide and water. At the same time, oxygen ions can destroy the living environment of bacteria in the air and reduce indoor bacterial concentration. Charged ions can adsorb suspended particles that are tens of times their own weight and settle down by their own weight, thereby removing suspended colloids from the air and achieving the goal of purifying the air

Catalyst (titanium dioxide) generates chemically active superoxide anion radicals and hydroxyl radicals when exposed to ultraviolet light, attacking organic matter and achieving the effect of degrading organic matter. Titanium dioxide is a non leaching material that not only completely decomposes organic pollutants and sterilizes them, but also does not decompose or dissolve itself. Its photocatalytic effect is long-lasting, and it has long-lasting bactericidal and pollutant degradation effects.

Efficient degradation of organic chemicals: It can efficiently remove major pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), inorganic substances, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, thiols, as well as various odors. The deodorization efficiency can reach over 99.9%, which greatly exceeds the national odor pollutant emission standard (GB14554-93) issued in 1993.

Low operating costs

This device has no mechanical action, no noise, and does not require dedicated management or daily maintenance. It only needs regular inspections. The device has low energy consumption (only about 0.1 kWh of electricity is consumed for every 1000 cubic meters per hour of processing) and extremely low wind resistance<30pa, which can save a lot of exhaust power energy consumption.
