1、 Process flow: raw material preparation → mixing → conveying → extrusion puffing → conveying → drying → oil spraying → seasoning → (packaging)

5、 Process composition:

1. Mixing machine: Different models of mixing machines are selected according to the production line output, with three main models for you to choose from.

2. Feeding machine: using a motor as the power for spiral conveying, ensuring convenient and fast feeding.

3. Expander: different models of extruder are selected according to different production lines. The output varies from 100kg/h to 1000kg/h. Corn meal, cereal meal, bone meal, algae, fresh meat, meat meal, etc. can be used as raw materials. The mold can be changed for specific product shapes.

4. Elevator: Transport the feed to the oven, and the height of the elevator is determined according to the oven. An air blower can also be used.

5. Multi layer oven: The oven is mostly an electric oven, with a temperature adjustable between 0-200 degrees through a control cabinet. The interior is made of stainless steel double-layer mesh bags, and the baking time can be adjusted according to the speed of three-layer, five layer, seven layer stainless steel ovens, etc; (Based on production output)

6. Seasoning line: There are octagonal drum, single drum, and double drum seasoning lines, which are configured according to production volume and product properties
