PeroTrack in-situ spectroscopic monitoring system for perovskiteintroduction
The PeroTracK series in-situ spectral monitoring system consists of a probe module (with built-in laser), a spectral analysis module, a wireless communication box, testing software, etc. The coaxial space optical path design greatly improves the light receiving efficiency. The probe and spectral module are designed separately, effectively reducing the impact of annealing high-temperature stage on the spectral analysis module; The system integrates wireless communication function, without the need to modify the glove box, and can be purchased and used immediately.
Product Features
● Compact system - can be directly placed in environments such as glove boxes;
● Long coke - can avoid the impact of annealing high-temperature furnaces on instrument use, and adapt to various environments;
Quick monitoring - can be used for monitoring processes such as crystallization;
Long term monitoring - can be used for sample stability monitoring, etc;
Spectral range of 600-1000nm - to avoid the influence of excitation light, other wavelength ranges can be selected according to actual needs;
Wireless communication - suitable for use in special environments such as glove boxes, without the need for adapters, seals, etc. Computers can be placed in regular environments for convenient use;
● Software - steady-state spectroscopy, ms level rapid spectral monitoring, long-term monitoring; Can output three-dimensional spectra, wavelength intensity tracking, etc;
Application field
PL monitoring of annealing crystallization of perovskite solar cells
Long term stability PL monitoring of perovskite cells
PL monitoring of perovskite cell spin coating process
PL testing or monitoring of other materials
