working principle
| Process diagram of peripheral roller (rack) transmission type concentrator | The peripheral roller driven concentrator is mainly composed of a rake frame, a trough frame, a central bracket, a current collector, a transmission device, etc. Its transmission device transmits the motion and power of the electric motor to the truss hanging the target, causing the truss to rotate uniformly around the center in the pool and target the concentrated product to the discharge port at the center of the pool bottom. The slurry in the pool settles by gravity, and the sediment deposited at the bottom of the concentrator is continuously scraped and collected by the rake scraper to the discharge port at the center of the pool bottom.
