• The main features of BY type blower are: the blower adopts a dual oil tank structure, which improves the lubrication conditions of the bearings and extends the service life of the bearings; Adopting high-precision ball bearings with low friction coefficient, while increasing the shaft diameter and bearing specifications, the bearing's load-bearing capacity has been improved; The impeller and shaft are of integral structure, cast and processed in one piece with ductile iron QT500, ensuring the concentricity accuracy of the impeller and shaft and overcoming a series of problems caused by the separated structure of the blade and shaft; The synchronous gear adopts a spur gear structure, ensuring smooth transmission; Adopting fluororubber material oil seal, high temperature resistance, durability and wear resistance; Adopting belt transmission method, the driving motor is mainly composed of two pole motors, which improves the efficiency of the motor itself; Adopting high-speed operation further improves the overall efficiency of the fan.
• Performance advantages of BY type blower:

When the load pressure of a regular single oil tank fan reaches (exceeds) 80KPA, a water-cooled fan is required. The reason is that the drive end bearing of the single oil tank fan is lubricated with grease, and the temperature that grease lubricated bearings can withstand is much lower than that of oil lubricated bearings.

• Innovation of BY type blower: 1. Adopting a new oil slinger design, the structure is lightweight, and the bearings on both sides are fully lubricated without oil entrapment, making the fan more adaptable to high speeds.

• Shortcomings and solutions of BY type blower:

Running at high speeds, the airflow noise generated by the fourth generation BK blower has increased by about 2dB. In noise sensitive areas, this problem can be solved through new noise reduction and sound insulation facilities.
