PITA-04 (Particle Shape Image Analysis Device)
The development purpose of PITA-04 is to obtain clear particle images, using unique planar stretching sample slots, the latest optical system, etc., to analyze and process particle images through a perfect particle imaging environment.
PITA-04 has been improved to enhance camera resolution and provide clearer imaging of particles; Built in ultrasonic waves for dispersing materials, achieving an integrated machine from dispersion to detection.
It can analyze hundreds of thousands of particles in a short period of time, solving the tedious steps of microscopic observation. Whether particles aggregate can not only be determined by data, but also directly observed visually.
Real time display of particle flow status during detection, allowing for clear observation of material dispersion and maximum particle size. Shape and size parameters can be plotted as scatter plots, and the parameters can be arbitrarily changed to redraw. Simply move the cursor to display the particle image and analysis results at the cursor position.

Unique flat stretching sample slot
Flat stretching groove is a method of achieving flat stretching flow by gradually reducing the thickness direction without changing the width direction of the groove. A functional tank form that continuously stretches the fluid flowing in the tank has been achieved. The velocity of the fluid flowing in the tank continuously accelerates in this direction, and the particle spacing in the fluid is slowly expanded.
The planar stretching groove used in PITA-04 is considered the most suitable and effective design for determining the particle shape of particles in the observation area. Moreover, the fluid inside the tank will not generate turbulence, achieving a stable state of particles and flowing in the direction of minimum resistance within the tank.

Particle detection status
Extract particles from the images captured by the camera, analyze their equivalent circle diameter and circularity, draw them into a scatter plot, and display them in real-time to obtain a specified number of particle images.
The data will be displayed in a scatter plot, and the X-axis and Y-axis can be selected from various measurement items. Moving the mouse cursor over the data points in the scatter plot can display the nearby particle images.
