1. Overview
Partial rotary valve drive device electric actuatorSuitable for small and medium-sized butterfly valves, ball valves, and other similar equipment that can rotate 90 degrees. As a stable and reliable angular actuator, it can be adapted to the needs of different control systems and working environments. The integrated design of the transmission mechanism enables the product to have a smaller volume and a simpler appearance. Safe and reliable manual design, fully automatic manual/electric switching without the need to switch handles. A good level of protection can meet the needs of various designs: explosion-proof type, integral switch type, and integral adjustment type.
2. Technical parameters

3. Installation and disassembly
It is allowed to install the valve electric actuator at any position, but it is necessary to pay attention to the motor being as horizontal as possible, and the electrical box cover being in a horizontal or vertical upward state as the recommended installation method, which is beneficial for lubrication, debugging, maintenance, and manual operation.
4. Wiring precautions
AllowPartial rotary valve drive device electric actuatorInstall at any position, but it is necessary to ensure that the motor is as horizontal as possible and the electrical box buttons correspond. If they are not consistent, immediately press the stop button to cut off the three-phase power supply and replace any two phases of the three-phase power supply.
5. Adjustment of travel control mechanism
1. Rotate the handwheel to fully close the valve, loosen the screw on the output shaft, turn the closing cam clockwise to just press the closing micro switch, and then tighten the screw.
2. Rotate the handwheel to fully open the valve, loosen the screw on the output shaft, turn the opening cam counterclockwise to just press the opening micro switch, and then tighten the screw.
3. Manually or electrically open and close the valve, check whether the valve opening or closing meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust it according to the above steps until it meets the requirements.

6. Adjustment of mechanical limit mechanism
The purpose of adjustment is to limit the opening and closing components of the valve (disc, valve ball, etc.) within their working stroke (usually 90 °), so that they cannot rotate freely.
1. Place the valve in the "fully closed" position, with the screw and limit body in the position shown in the figure. Rotate the mechanical limit screw into the closed position until the top of the screw contacts the limit body, then retract the screw 1-2 turns and tighten the locking nut.
2. Place the valve in the "fully open" position and adjust the mechanical limit screw of the open position according to the above method.

7. Adjustment of torque control mechanism
The torque control mechanism has been adjusted to the maximum output torque on the product nameplate at the time of leaving the factory, and users generally do not make any adjustments.
