The core principle of hydraulic gear motors (commonly known as external meshing) is that high-pressure hydraulic oil enters the cavity of the meshing gear, uses the pressure difference on the tooth surface to generate torque, drives the gear to rotate, and converts hydraulic energy into rotating mechanical energy for output.

2、 Work process (one-step approach)

Oil inlet and chamber establishment

High pressure oil enters the high-pressure chamber on one side of the gear meshing area from the oil inlet, filling the enclosed space enclosed by the tooth groove, housing, and end cover.

Continuous rotation and oil discharge

When the gear rotates, the volume of the high-pressure chamber continuously expands, and high-pressure oil is continuously sucked in; The volume of the low-pressure chamber continues to shrink, squeezing the oil out of the outlet (low-pressure side).

The meshing point continuously moves, and the torque and speed are continuously output; As long as the oil supply continues, the motor will continue to rotate.
