The paper tape filter can provide an automatic operation process with lower consumables consumption. The dirty liquid continuously flows through the filter cloth (filter paper) supported by the conveyor belt. As impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter cloth, the filtering capacity decreases, causing the liquid level to gradually rise. When the liquid level reaches the specified position, the switch sends a command to start the conveyor belt to move forward for a period of time, and then the liquid level drops, starting the cycle again. The clean liquid is stored in the water tank and pumped back to the machine tool by the liquid pump.
