LED sensor
Our LED sensors have a larger measurement range than laser sensors, making them particularly suitable for rough and granular surfaces of powders and pastes. According to the different coating materials, you can choose between infrared and ultraviolet excitation models. This means that measurements can also be taken on non-metallic surfaces. With the help of rotatable cable connections, compact sensors can be installed particularly flexibly in cubic shaped enclosures, and their large contact surfaces ensure optimal heat dissipation.
High power model
Performing photothermal measurements on thick layers containing a large amount of glass or metal requires higher light output. In addition, power requirements increase with the distance between sensors and components. For these applications, sensors with the same external dimensions can be used as high-power versions with higher output power. Version 10.0 also has a larger measurement distance and higher energy density, so in many cases, there is no need to accurately locate components for measurement.
