PVC unpainted board is a composite board made of extruded board and wood grain decorative film. Since the materials of the board and film are the same, they are fused together through three roll calendering and heat treatment, which ensures that the board has a smooth, beautiful, non-toxic, mold free, non deformed, non cracking, and bendable appearance in a unpainted state. It is a new type of decorative material.
PVC foam board is a new type of board with skin foaming. The core of the board is foamed, and the surface is smooth, making the board lightweight, high-strength, and machinable like wood. Suitable for industries such as advertising engraving materials, construction, decoration materials, and furniture, doors, and windows materials.
This production line can also produce single-layer and multi-layer soft and hard PVC boards (sheets) and PVC wide floor leather.
