This unit is suitable for the production of various transparent, semi transparent, and highly filled rigid PVC plastic packaging sheets, printing sheets, and absorbent plastic sheets.

2、 Unit Introduction

1. This unit consists of a five (six) roller press, a multi roller separation device, and a cooling auxiliary machine.

2. This machine combines to produce hard PVC sheets with a thickness of 0.06-1.20mm and a thickness error of ≤ 0.01mm. It can also provide a dedicated unit for producing hard PVC films with a thickness of only 0.02mm and a thickness error of ≤ 0.03mm

3. The rolling roller adopts combination or independent drive, equipped with a dedicated hard tooth surface reducer; And optional preloading, anti bending device, and hydraulic shaft crossing device can be installed.

4. Each driving motor of the rolling mill unit can be adjusted separately or through tracking linkage speed regulation.
