The circulation system consists of a circulation pump, a cold storage container, an expansion container, an exhaust valve, a one-way valve, a thermal resistor, pipelines, etc. The control system adopts PID control technology, high-definition touch screen display, and multiple protection functions to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. By utilizing the cooling and heating capabilities of the unit itself, the heat transfer fluid is transported to the external environment to meet the process requirements. This product is suitable for external applications that require rapid cooling, such as chemical, biological, pharmaceutical, freeze-drying, food, military and other industries that maintain low temperature conditions. Low temperature freezers have no temperature control requirements by default, and use compressor start stop temperature control. Users can set the temperature difference between compressor start stop to adjust the temperature fluctuation. Electric heating auxiliary temperature control type can also be selected, which can achieve a temperature control accuracy of up to ± 0.1 ℃. The power of the auxiliary heater can be configured according to customer requirements.
