PS milling machine

The application of PS grinding machine is very simple, that is, the powder processing of various conventional PS plastics. Therefore, regardless of the type of PS plastic, the following requirements must be met first:
1. The purity of the material should not contain other thermosensitive plastics or magazines;
2. The ideal size for material feeding is 2-5mm, but should not exceed 8mm.
3. The determination of grinding fineness should not be too fine, preferably within 120 mesh. Because this has basically covered all the fineness requirements of the PS plastic recycling process.

1. The PS grinding machine is mainly powered by a 37kw/45kw three-phase asynchronous motor and equipped with a double-sided grinding disc made of SKD11 material.
2. PS plastic can be ground to 120 mesh, between 20-120 mesh, with a yield of 80-280 kg/h.
3. One thing to note is that the output varies depending on the type of plastic being ground, the size of the feed, and the fineness of the grinding process.
